Order Tracking

At Tactory, we make it easy to track your order every step of the way.


1. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also track your order directly on our website:

  1. Go to the Order Tracking page.

  2. Enter your order number and email address used at checkout.

  3. Click Track to see the latest updates on your shipment.


2. Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery to the USA typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update once your order ships.


3. Lost or Stalled Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.

  2. Verify that the shipping address is correct.

  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark delivery early).

If your package is still missing, contact us at support@tactory.shop. We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.


4. Changes to Orders

Once an order is shipped, tracking is available, but we cannot change the shipping address or contents.
If you need to update your information, please contact us before the order ships.
